Random indeed.

I was interviewed by Cate. This is really fun, so try it!
You’ve been invited to a costume party, where you’re told to dress as your favorite Disney character. Who do you choose and why?
I’d choose Tinkerbell because I think she's pretty cool, even though she’s not portrayed in a positive light. She packs a wallop in such a teensy little body-and she leaves sparkly pixie dust in her wake! I always look at the Tinkerbell costumes in the Disney store and wish there were sizes available for teens, lol.

Wildfires come dangerously close to your home, and firefighters give you less than two minutes to grab a few items from your room. You pick up a book, something that has a good memory attached, and an electronic device. Tell us the specifics of these items.
Well, I’d definetely pick up my journal since it holds all of my memories. I couldn’t stand to have any of that perish...as for electronic devices...I’d rescue my laptop! It’s brand-spankin’-new and I paid a lot of money for it.

Pick one (that’s right, just one!) song that describes you and/or your life the best, and explain.ONE SONG? Oh man... how can I name one song that encompasses all aspects of my life? I’m going to cheat and pick an album instead: Laundry Service by Shakira. I love her lyrics, they’re so poetic and I find them relatable to my moods and circumstances in life.

Would you rather die peacefully surrounded by your family and friends at 50, or alone and in pain at 80 (Assuming the last thirty years were good ones)?
I’d rather die at peace with my loved ones. Being alone and in pain during death is, I imagine, one of the worst ways to go.

You’re going to hang out and watch movies with your friends, and everyone’s agreed to bring a signature dish to eat. What do you bring?
Oh, that’s easy. Anything that has to do with bread. I have this horrible obsession with eating carbs and I never get sick of bread. That’s what I get for being raised in a hispanic kitchen!
