In My Mailbox 33

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme where you get to show off all the cool books you receive! This meme was inspired by Alea and memefied by Kristi.

Whew! I got a bunch of books from the past two weeks. Let's start with what I bought.

If you didn't read my post from last week, I had said I was going to the Strand Bookstore in NYC. I don't like the city but Strand has the best bargains and I make the trek for that bookstore. I seriously recommend going there at least once in your life-sure, visit the Empire State Building if you want but ANYONE who is a book-lover has to go to Strand. It's incredible.

From Strand:
The Agency 1: A Spy in the House by Y.S. Lee
Everlasting by Angie Frazier
Crossing The Tracks by Barbara Stuber
Banished by Sophie Littlefield (this one was a surprise find)
Stolen by Lucy Christopher (not in the picture-my friend stole my copy from me, hah.)

Bought from B&N:
City of Glass by Cassandra Clare (I had bought this in the hopes of going to Cassandra Clare's signing in NYC but that plan fell flat-still, I gotz a pretty Cassie Clare book gracing my shelf!)

Stolen Borrowed from my friends:
Linger by Maggie Stiefvater  (my friend took my copy of Stolen, I took her copy of Linger. xD)
Plain Kate by Erin Bow (thanks Kari! ♥)

For tours, review, etc:
Scars by Cheryl Rainfield (provided by Teen {Book} Scene. Stay tuned for a future contest!)
Dracula, My Love by Syrie James (provided by TLC tours)
Love Sucks by Melissa Francis (from the publisher-it looks really cute!)
Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins (A wonderful blogger friend sent me this treasure. You don't need to know how much I squealed when this came.)
Wake Unto Me by Lisa Cach (Another treasure that arrived in the mail!)
The Eternal Ones by Kirsten Miller (Kari luffs me-thank you again, chica.)

I was smiling nonstop for the past two weeks and now you know why! So, ladies and gents, what's in your mailbox? ;)

  13. Have you been to Books of Wonder by any chance? It's also in the city and it's my favorite. I've never been to Strand though, but I'll check it out next time I have the chance.
