Mini reviews-yay or nay?

There are some books I haven't reviewed yet and I was considering doing mini, bite-sized reviews for them. I usually try to give each book I read a thorough review (I hate how I keep saying "review"! Is there no other word to replace it with?) but now with college exams coming up, I have to manage my time wisely. So I'd like to know what you all think! I'd greatly appreciate your thoughts.

And did you see this trailer for Courtney Summers' Fall For Anything?

It's sufficiently creepy yet alluring at the same time....

  1. I personally like short reviews because sometimes I just don't feel like reading a long review. Sometimes I'll just look at the rating they gave it instead of reading the whole thing.

  2. I like the idea of mini reviews :) It would get the point across quickly and (I'm ashamed to admit this, I REALLY am) I actually don't like sitting and reading through an ENORMOUS review unless it's something I'm obsessed with (i.e. Hunger Games series) lol so yeah, I'd so go for it with the mini reviews! :) Awesome idea!

  4. I like mini reviews. They're easy to read and not to mention quick. But your reviews are always amazing so I'd read any review you write. :) COURTNEY SUMMERSSSSSSSSS! I'm excited for this book, omgomgomg.

  5. I love the mini-review! They are short, sweet, and to the point. I rarely read a super long review unless I have already read the book - I am always in fear of the spoiler!

  7. Short/Mini reviews are good. :) A quick review of a book you might want to buy is always great.

  8. I like mini reviews too! :) I tend to read those over longer reviews, though if it's a title I'm interested in, I'll read something longer.
