I take everyone's privacy very seriously. While the internet can be a wonderful place and an excellent resource tool, it has to be used responsibly. Therefore, as of November 2009, I will no longer ask for bloggers to leave their contact info in the comments section. Instead, I'll be using registration forms for future contests; as for past giveaways, all contact info received in the comments section has been hidden and no one will be able to see them.
If you win a contest here at Pirate Penguin's Reads, I ask for a physical address* so I can send the prize. If you are under the age of 13, a parent/guardian will have to confirm and provide the information I need. Under absolutely no circumstance do I sell, give out or keep any personal information. Once the giveaways are completed, I delete all information.
*P.O. boxes are acceptable
