I also plan on becoming a library junkie. I used to rely on my library all the time before I began blogging. I actually miss the weekly trips I used to take to there when I was younger. So this year I'm going back to my old ways and taking out as many books as I can! Having so many to choose from also gives me the chance to branch out into other genres and continue finding new books to love (although YA will always be the meat and potatoes of my reading diet, so to speak).
Along with flashing my library card every chance I get, I'm going to balance reading older titles along with the shiny, new titles coming out :)
So to sum it up,
READ ALL THE BOOKS! (THAT I CAN. WITHIN REASON. AND NOT FEEL BAD IF I DON'T READ A LOT.) Lol.
What are some of your reading goals for 2015? Are you going to participate in any challenges? Beat your book count from last year? Some people surpassed reading 200 books and I applaud them, because that is incredible!
haha ALL THE BOOKS WITHIN REASON!! But yeah, I completely agree with your approach here. I have some general goals for myself like have fun reading, read more diversely, and finish up some series, but other than that I'm definitely going the no-pressure route this year.
ReplyDeleteI was considering joining a challenge (which is to read diverse books) but I think I'm going to do that without officially joining the challenge. I'm not committing to anything but having fun with my reading! I hope your reading year is stellar :D
DeleteLET'S READ THEM ALL SANDY!!!! :D I have blogging goals this year set. I read a lot last year, but didn't post as much as I would have liked. I am going to be a good blogger this year damn it! Are you attending BEA? So looking forward to it!
ReplyDeleteI'll tweet you, hold on!
